T4T Kicks Off 2023 Fundraising with Go Topless Event!

Summit 4x4 Company in conjunction with both the Summit 4x4 Club and Summit 4x4 Girl’s Tribe kicked off Trails 4 Tatas fundraising efforts in May with its annual Go-Topless event. The annual event took place at Summit 4x4 Company headquarters located on Miller Valley Road in Prescott and was well attended, with over a dozen rigs arriving for the trail run.

Folks gathered for a massive breakfast courtesy of our clubs sponsors and then prepared for a trail run that would take them through the Prescott National Forest. The convoy explored the Copper Creek trail which, given the kind of winter we had, was heavily washed out and rutted. It was a good opportunity for members to test their rigs articulation and own skills when faced with unexpected obstacles.

Smiles could be seen through windshields as storm clouds rolled in. The group, many of whom opted to remove their Jeep’s tops prior to the run, made their way back to Summit 4x4 Company’s headquarters on Miller Valley Road for a delicious lunch. Trail Leader Tim Taber and Summit 4x4 Club President Victor Torres manned the grill and provided attendees with a spread of chicken, potato salad, brownies, and drinks.

The day was a success, with sales of t-shirts, bracelets, stickers, 50/50 raffle tickets and donations exceeding $1300! We are also extremely grateful for the 50/50 raffle winner who elected to return the funds as a donation to Trails 4 Tatas. Thank you to all of you who attended the event or those who have attended an event in the past. We and those at the Baskin Breast Care Center at YRMC appreciate you!
