Trails 4 Tatas 2026 - October 3rd

Event location: Summit 4x4 Company, 420 Miller Valley Road, Prescott

For those participating in the off-road trail run:

Please make sure you follow the parking instructions from the Search & Rescue volunteers who are in the bright orange shirts!!! 

Please check in and get your registration packet before you eat breakfast.  Your registration packet will include a sticker for your vehicle, event tickets (if purchased), and any item you purchased on the website prior to event day (shirts, hats, poker hands, etc.) 

Poker hands, merchandise, and raffle tickets can be purchased the morning of the event.  Event tickets should be purchased prior to the event; they will only be available that day if they have not sold out.      

8:00 am - 8:45 am: Check-in and breakfast

8:45 am:  General driver’s meeting

9:00 am:  The first group will leave, and remaining groups will follow in 15-minute intervals (groups will not be leaving in numerical order)

*If you are not participating in the trail run, you can pick up your “registration packet” at check-in.

12:00 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch will be served

• Tatas Trail Ale available for tasting and purchasing
• Auction items available for viewing
• Bucket raffle items available for viewing and entering
• Gun raffle, 50/50, and bucket raffle tickets can be purchased
• Merchandise can be purchased

1:30 pm: The auction and bucket raffle drawings will begin

3:00 pm: The gun raffle ticket will be drawn, followed by the 50/50 raffle ticket
